LUANDA (Reuters) - Angola's consumer inflation edged up to 8.23 percent year-on-year in April from 7.87 percent in March, data from the statistics office showed on Tuesday.

On a month-on-month basis, prices rose 0.85 percent after a 0.63 percent increase previously, the agency said on its website.
