Specifically, according to "L'Équipe," the team's doctors reportedly misdiagnosed the wrong foot in Camavinga's case, who was suffering from an ankle issue. This incident occurred on December 3rd, after the match against Athletic Bilbao, where the player had even scored.

The news quickly spread, intensifying criticism of the team's medical department. Antoine Simonot, a journalist for "L'Équipe," even noted that this isn't the first time such an error has occurred.

Camavinga played in that particular game but was subsequently sidelined for approximately two weeks, missing several crucial matches before returning as a substitute.
