Produced by Makun, "A Trip to Jamaica" chronicles more adventures of Akpors, a character created from the AYShow’s 'Who Wants To Be A Billionaire' hilarious skits.

Shot in Nigeria, America and Jamaica, the film focuses on Akpos (AY) and his Fiancée Bola (Funke Akindele), who travel across the Atlantic to visit family, they unexpectedly end up on an adventure they could never imagine.

The comedy film stars  Hollywood acts Eric Roberts and Dan Davies, Jamaica acts Paul Campbell and Rebecca Silvera, Ghanaian actor Chris Attoh and Nigerian actors that include Makun, Funke Akindele, Nse Ikpe Etim, Patoranking, Cynthia Morgan and Ras Kimono.

According to Ayo Makun, the movie is a hilarious instalment of the Akpos series and was shot in Lagos, Atlanta and Montego Bay in Jamaica, with an all-star cast drawn from Nigeria, Ghana, America and Jamaica.

“After the success of ‘30 Days In Atlanta’ there were a lot of calls for more so we decided to do a spinoff to showcase further adventures of Akpos,”  he said.

Its prequel '30 Days of Atlanta' told the story of "Akpors: Sharp Warri boy," who won a 30-day holiday for two to Atlanta, Georgia.

"A Trip to Jamaica" premieres on September 30, 2016.
