Action film to debut October 23

“A Soldier’s Story” is set to premiere in cinemas on October 23, 2015. The story of love and bravery stars Africa Magic Viewers' Choice Awards (AMVCA) winning actors Tope Tedela and Linda Ejiofor.

The upcoming action film directed and written by Frank Ogar also features other talented Nollywood acts including Adesua Etomi and undefined.

Tedela who plays a lead role in the film said he was excited when Ogah contacted him because he had been trying to get in touch with the director to work with him.

“A Soldier’s Story” centres on Regina, a young female scavenger who rescues a soldier who had been left for dead. After protecting and nursing him back to health for months, the fighter finally awakens but has no recollection of who he is and his past. As time goes on, the soldier begins to develop feelings for Regina but as he begins to regain his memory, he starts to realize he might actually have a life in Nigeria.

The film was produced by Martin Gbados. The trailer fof the movie is set to be released in the coming weeks.
