The game started fairly evenly. Dubai initially led 10-3, but the home team at "Aleksandar Nikolić" Hall quickly closed the gap. In fact, "The Pride of Israel" held a narrow 18-17 lead after the first 10 minutes.

However, the team from the Middle East found their rhythm in the second quarter. Dubai played progressively better, securing a 45-41 advantage by halftime.

Dubai maintained their momentum in the third quarter. McKinley Wright and Mfiondu Kabengele delivered fantastic basketball, leaving Oded Kattash's team struggling to respond. After 30 minutes of engaging basketball in "Pionir," the score was 70-63.

Maccabi capitalized on Dubai's dip in form, taking a 78-76 lead, but Kabengele quickly scored to tie the game. From that point until the end, it was a true seesaw battle. Kabengele took charge of Dubai's offense. However, the home team seemed to falter under the pressure of victory.

Clark missed a shot that would have given them the lead, but fortune favored Maccabi. The ball rebounded to Sorkin, who missed a floater, but O'Shae Brissett was in the right place at the right time, scoring to force overtime.

In overtime, both teams searched for inspiration. They found it in Brissett and Clark on one side, and Bacon and Kabengele on the other. Sorkin hit a crucial three-pointer to give Maccabi the lead with a minute remaining. Clark then scored an and-one, ultimately securing the victory for Maccabi. Clark was the standout performer with 23 points and 10 assists. Brissett contributed 16 points, while Wright led Dubai with 26 points, and Kabengele added 24 points and 12 rebounds.
