The 44th annual People’s Choice Awards held on Sunday night, November 11, at the Barker Hangar in Santa Monica, California. Celebrities such as Danai Gurira, Mila Kunis, Victoria Beckham stunned the red carpet in their unique pieces, making it an epic night for film, music, TV, Fashion and Pop Culture.

43 awards were given out in total at the awards show, with Marvel phenomenon Black Panther winning two awards for Male Movie Star of 2018 and Action Movie Star of 2018, and Avengers: Infinity War winning Best Action Movie of 2018.

Victoria Beckham was awarded the Fashion Icon of the year award and she turned up to prove the title. Nicki Minaj also walked away with two awards — Female artist of the year and Best rap album.

All in all, everyone was a winner, especially with how the celebrities rose to the occasion with their outfits.

Danai, already establishing herself as an intentional fashion icon, wore a simple number, combining retro-brought-back vibes of fringe with african geometric prints.
