49-Year-Old Yoel Romero Secures Another Victory

Yoel Romero continues to defy age, racking up victories in the world of combat sports. The 49-year-old athlete secured an impressive win against fellow UFC veteran Alex Nicholson in the main event of the "Gamebred Bareknuckle MMA" gala in Miami.

Romero took the fight to the ground, then landed a devastating left hook that fractured Nicholson's jaw, forcing him to submit to strikes. With this victory, the Cuban, who was originally slated to face Hector Lombard, returned to winning ways after two consecutive losses in RAF and IBA Bareknuckle.

In the co-main event, former BKFC champion Luis Palomino made his return to mixed martial arts, achieving a TKO victory in the third round against UFC veteran Darrell Horcher.
