1. Stop smoking

In addition to harming pretty much every organ in your body and causing several diseases, smoking cigarettes can actually negatively impact your vaginal health — and, in turn, your sex life. You’re also more at risk for STIs like Trichomoniasis.

Your vagina is like a self-cleaning oven – don’t come close to it with any detergent. In fact, bacterial vaginosis, a condition where one or more of the natural bacteria in your vagina overgrows and causes a smelly discharge, is significantly more common among women who douche or try to wash inside their vaginas. Your vagina is not meant to smell like a rose, so stop trying to make it.

3. Having different orgasms

Too many of us still prioritize the hole as the goal – to our sexual detriment. A lot of women can't climax from penetrative sex alone. Some women only need their clitoris to be stimulated before sex in order to come during it. Your clitoris becomes erect during arousal and so if you’re pleasantly aroused it might mean that it’s subject to adequate friction during sex to enable you to orgasm.
