Ask God to help you

To properly evangelize, make sure you ask for God's help. Ask Him to show you the right opportunity and to give you the right words. Also, pray for the Holy Spirit to convict the person as Jesus said He would do in John 16:8 which says, "When [the Spirit] comes, he will convict the world concerning sin and righteousness and judgment."

Always share your testimony

The best way to convince someone that Jesus is real is by sharing your personal encounter with them. Telling someone what God has done for you and how He has changed your life is a great way to reach people. The best thing is that it does not require any training, just honesty.

Do NOT argue

While evangelizing, do your best to avoid arguments and debates. Remember, this is NOT about you, it's about you telling the world about this amazing God and why they should want a relationship with Him. So, do NOT argue instead stick to the facts - who God is, how much He loves humanity and His ability to redeem mankind if they let Him.
