Singer to headline 2015 Acoustic Concert

2face Idibia has been announced as the host the upcoming Acoustic Night which will be held this weekend in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.

The veteran pop star will be leading an array of top acts for a night of live music and comedy which promises to be filled with surprises according to the organisers, Delphino Entertainment.

The event which comes up at the Congress Hall of the Transcorp Hilton will have as co-hosts, Zainab Balogun and Lynxxx. Ebuka Obi-Uchendu has also been named to make a guest appearance while the other performers of the night will be a surprise to the guests.

2face Idibia, is set to hold a concert for his 40 birthday which falls on September 18, 2015.

The celebration concert, which he has themed the ‘FORTYfied All-Star Tribute Concert’, is the subject of huge planning and promotion.

The event will hold at the Eko Hotel Convention Center on Sunday, September 20, 2015, and will be anchored by Nigeria's comedy icon, Basketmouth.

Artistes slated to perform include; Burna Boy, D’banj, veteran highlife musician Dr Victor Olaiya, Sound Sultan, Wizkid, fellow Plantshun Boiz group member Blackface, Seyi Shay, Vector, Timaya, Wande Coal, Omawumi, Patoranking, 9ice and others.
