Saraki, Tambuwal, Ortom can't stop laughing at PDP headquarters

When Saraki, Tambuwal and Ortom met their new party members at PDP headquarters, they just couldn't stop smiling and laughing.

A week full of defections and high stakes drama in Nigeria's political landscape has culminated in bear hugs for some and sour grapes for others (look away now, APC chieftains).

Senate President Bukola Saraki, Sokoto Gov Tambuwal, Benue Gov Ortom and Kwara Gov Ahmed are some of the in the last couple of days.

On Thursday, August 2, 2018, Tambuwal, Ortom and Saraki made their way to the National Executive Committee (NEC) meeting of their new party, PDP, in Wadata Plaza, Wuse, Abuja.

We've never seen some of these guys smile so broadly before and you could see from the pictures that Saraki was having a hard time stifling his laughter--especially when he pumped fists with PDP Chairman Uche Secondus who looked like a football manager unveiling his newest big money signings.

Awwwwww. Who is chopping onions?
