Buhari chairs APC presidential campaign council, Dangote, Otedola given advisory roles
The 76-year-old president will flag off his presidential campaign in Akwa-Ibom on Friday.

This was disclosed in a statement signed by the president's Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina, on Friday, December 28, 2018.
The party's national leader, Bola Tinubu, is the co-chairman of the council while vice president, Yemi Osinbajo and APC national chairman, Adams Oshiomhole, are deputy chairmen.
Two Nigerian billionaires, Aliko Dangote and Femi Otedola, are part of Buhari's seven-man special advisory committee that also includes, Osinbajo, Oshiomhole, and Tinubu. Senate Leader, Senator Ahmed Lawan, and House Leader, Femi Gbajabiamila, are the other members of the committee.
