The court heard that the two were resting after grazing livestock belonging to one Jattani Galgallo, when Jillo woke up and heard funny noises in a nearby bush.

He reportedly crawled to the direction of the sound and was shocked to see his colleague having sex with the animal.

Jillo raised an alarm that alerted neighbours who arrested Ali and informed the owner of the herd.

He was then handed over to the police for prosecution where he accepted the charge of unnatural offence preferred against him and pleaded for leniency.
