Banky W, Praiz, Sound Sultan, Jaywon attend singer's 'Mr Love' album listening party

Ahead of the release of his third studio album,'Mr Love', Skales held a listening session, which was attended by industry colleagues like Banky W, Sound Sultan, Jaywon and more.

In collaboration with the organizers of the Industry Night, the music event, which is in its tenth year, Skales on Wednesday night, July 18, at the Hard Rock Cafe in Lagos, treated his fans to a number of singles from the forthcoming album, Mr Love, which will be made available later on Thursday.

Performing a number of his hit singles from his days as a member of the Empire Mate Entertainment, to songs off the new project.

Skales supported by the Alternate Sound band led by producer, GospelOnDBeatz, served a taste of what to expect when the full body of work drops.

Hosted by veteran OAP, Olisa Adibua, Skales was joined at several intervals on stage by the likes of his former label boss, Banky W, Yung L, Jaywon, CDQ, L.A.X,Praiz.

They performed some of their own hit songs alongside feature tracks on the project.

It also had in attendance a number of celebrities like Sound Sultan, Osi of Beat Fm, DJ Jimmy Jatt and more.

''Skales is the definition of never say never, if there could be an award for most improved artist over time, then Skales would win'', says Banky W, who gave him his blessing as he knelt on stage.

Some of the songs performed on the night include the album opener, 'Good Life' dedicated to his mother, 'Body' with Sarkodie and previously released singles, Pass with Yung L and Endia, Fire Waist featuring Harmonize.

The night ended with heightened anticipation for more of what the album has to offer.
