A few days ago, Nigerian singer and rave of the moment, Portable went on veteran rapper, Jahbless' podcast, Original Intelligence, and spoke about some pressing issues.

Chief of which reminisces about his split from show promoter, Kogbagidi, who is known for working with Bella Shmurda.

When Jahbless asked Portable about his relationship with Kogbagidi, an animated Portable says, "Kogbagidi always dey f*** up. Why? I go tell am say boss, all these things I no like am. You know say me, I get [madness] already. But una go still dey do wetin [I no like]...

He ended that set by saying that Olamide then asked Kogbagidi, if Portable hadn't made his feelings known, before the legendary rapper settled the issue. He also claims that Ijoba Danku, who is close friends with Kogbagidi, is now his manager. He claims Danku was key in settling his issue with Kogbagidi.

He claims Danku makes his life easier by not asking him to dress better than he normally does, before he gets to meet stars. He claims that money is the only way to dress well, and he doesn't have the money.

What's the issue?

On December 21, 2021, Portable took to his TikTok account to express displeasure at celebrated dancer, Poco Lee's involvement with his hit record, 'Zazoo Zeh.'

He was mad that Poco Lee had rights to his song. On most streaming platforms, the record is credited to 'Poco Lee X Portable X Olamide.' Portable was displeased by the fact that Poco Lee's name comes first on the record, not his.

He also claimed that when Olamide brought him on stage to perform 'Zazoo Zehh' at the Livespot Festival, Wizkid sprayed him $3000, but Poco Lee only gave him $600.

A few hours later, Kogbagidi, who manages the affairs of Nigerian artist, Portable, took to his Instagram page to post a video of himself, sending the singer out of his house and seemingly cutting ties with the artist.

Nigerian celebrities like Olamide, Yomi Fabiyi, Slimcase and more pleaded with the him to forgive his erring ward.

Future

Portable says that Danku now does what Kogbagidi used to do for him - find shows for him. But claims that Ege Foreign is his manager. He also claims that hunger means that he is ready to release three albums this year, if possible.
