Nollywood actress dies from complications after falling in bathroom

Another Nollywood actor has passed away following complications from a fall in a bathroom.

According to reports, she died on Saturday, August 25th, 2018 after years of battling the injuries sustained from the fall. Confirming her passing, filmmaker Charles Novia,  said “I just heard from someone close to her and her family in Abuja. She suffered complications in the past few months from a nasty fall in the bathroom.”

Uduak Akrah who was based in Abuja was transferred to the Lagos University Teaching Hospital where she was confirmed dead. Until her death, she was an actress, event planner, and singer.

Uduak Akrah's death makes it the second Nollywood actor to have passed away in the last one week. Recall that a few days ago, actor, Chike Osuji passed away.

Chike Osuji is dead

Veteran Nollywood actor, Chike Osuji died about a week ago. The actor died at the age of 65 and was survived by a wife and four children. Chike Osuji who hails from Umuokoro Awaka in Owerri North Local Government of Imo State starred a number of movies during his prime.

The book of Harragon’, ‘40 Days in the Wilderness’, ‘The Governor’, where among the popular movies Chike Osuji starred in. He would be missed by the not just the Nollywood community but by the entire entertainment industry.
