Remembering Moji Olaiya's memorable role as Ireti in "Super Story"

Moji Olaiya has passed away, but the inspiration and passion she brought on screen as Ireti in "Super Story" will always be remembered.

For some who grew up in the 2000s, Super Story's "No Pain No Gain" was more than a mere TV show... It was their childhood.

Moji Olaiya's death on Wednesday, May 17, 2017, came as a shock to her colleagues and the numerous fans she amassed throughout her acting career - starting from her debut as Ireti on Super Story.

The late actress had her breakout role as Ireti in the 2003 Super Story series "No Pain No Gain," which starred her alongside Obot Etuk (Sandra) and Sam Uche Anyamele (Richard."

The series which aired for 32 Thursdays followed the story of Bose, who gets sexually abused and eventually pregnant. She is pushed to the streets by her employees.

Bose gives birth to Ireti, who in turn goes through her own share of a troubled life. Things change for her after she marries a doctor.

They give birth to Ronke, who, unfortunately, meets a gold-digger, Richard, whose plan is to take over her family business.

Moji Olaiya has passed away, but the inspiration and passion she brought on screen as Ireti will always be remembered.
