And now, the TV host who has recovered, shared a before and after picture of himself via Facebook.
"Before and After, so bless God and I am even looking far better than this because this after was made last year! Shame the devil... back to the movies... Blood of Jesus over me forever," he captioned the photo.
Recall that the actor narrated how the accident happened, and how he survived the painful ordeal in a lengthy statement.
