Singer's son diagnosed with cancer

The singer made the disclosure about his son's cancer condition through a post on his Facebook account.

The songster, alongside his wife, Luisana Lopilato, an Argentine TV actress released a statement on Facebook confirming this.

In the statement, the singer mentioned that he and his wife have put their careers on hold in order to cater for Noah.

"Luisana and I have put our careers on hold in order to devote all our time and attention to helping Noah get well.

"We have always been very vocal about the importance of family and the love we have for our children.

"We have a long journey in front of us and hope that with the support of family, friends and fans around the world, we will win this battle, God willing."

The couple who got married in March 2011 in Buenos Aires, Argentina have two children together.

Noah is the first of the two children. He was born on August 27, 2013.
