Often time, Nigerian university undergraduates engage in supremacy battle over their institutions.  OAU students are often at the forefront of such argument, shouting GREAT IFE to announce and amplify the greatness of their school.

Aside this, OAU students like to flaunt the glory of their school wherever and whenever the opportunity presents itself.
