Becoming a morning person

One good thing about traveling so much is that Ive grown accustomed to being awake at odd times-and thanks to this, Im a morning person! I usually wake up at 6 a.m., regardless of the time zone.

Devising my game plan

I wish I could say that I always meditate or take a moment to write down my intentions for the day, but the truth is that I reach for my phone first thing. It helps me feel more prepared by cataloging what I need to tackle.

Sneaking in a sweat session

I thrive off the energy and direction of a trainer or class, but thats tough with my schedule. When Im home, I use the Mirror , which has been game-changing. (I can take short classes here and there without ever leaving my place!) When Im on the road, I do ModelFit streaming -which is a platform with videos of my favorite workout class in New York-or use the Glo app for mobile yoga and pilates classes."

Smoothing my skin

After I shower, my routine is pretty simple: five drops of Vintners Daughter on my face, and if I need extra hydration, a lightweight Tata Harper moisturizer . Day to day, I dont wear much more than mascara.

Getting a morning buzz

Im not a breakfast person, but I usually kick off the day with a matcha latte with almond milk. T2s Matcha Flask has become my new favorite travel companion. Theres a tiny, stainless steel whisk on the inside of the top, so when Im on flights, I just ask for hot water, mix in some matcha ( CAP Beautys matcha sticks are so easy to travel with), shake, and I can have a matcha no matter where I am.

Setting the mood

I love to burn a candle while Im getting ready. I pack a mini version of my favorite, Diptyque Tubereuse . The calming, familiar scent grounds me no matter where I am in the world.
