Singer's little sister, Noah, stuns in all black

Miley Cyrus little sister, 15-yr-old Noah, stunned in an all black ensemble which she rocked to reality star, Kylie Jenner's 18th birthday bash.

Noah showed up in thigh-high boots, skinny jeans and a cropped top with cutouts, throwing a leather jacket over the top.

Noah accessorized with a matching black ball cap and a black sling purse.

Rocking bold blue lipstick and blonde extensions, she could have passed for a 25yr old.

With Kylie now out of the teen scene, Noah seems to be taking over with a bevy of others following her lead.

She looked very matured and sexy too.
