Comedian's estranged wife wants half of his $70m fortune

Chris Rock and his separated wife Malaak Compton-Rock have both agreed that their pre-nuptial agreement has expired from their 1996 marriage.

With this development, Malaak now wants half of Chris Rock's assets. The comedian and actor is said to be worth $70m. According to court papers, it is suggested that Malaak should receive a pay-out "commensurate with the marital standard of living".

Chris Rock and Malaak have two kids, girls Lola, 13, and 11-year-old Zahra. They have agreed to have joint custody of the kids.
