Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant: 'Clearly it's a catch'

Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant was in disbelief that his late catch in his team's loss to the Green Bay Packers was overturned.

With his team trailing 26-21 with under five minutes remaining on Sunday, Bryant appeared to catch a Tony Romo pass a yard out from the line.

The ball was initially ruled a catch, but Packers coach Mike McCarthy successfully challenged and it was ruled Bryant did not maintain possession.

But Bryant, whose team lost the divisional play-off by the five-point margin, had no doubts he caught the pass.

"I don't even understand why it was even a challenge," he told reporters.

"How didn't I [maintain possession]? How didn't I ? I took three steps, you seen that right?

"I called it, I came down with it and tried to reach for the goal-line.

"I can't believe it. I can't believe it, I've never seen nothing like it in my life.

"Clearly it's a catch. There's no question."

Cowboys coach Jason Garrett said Bryant "maintained possession of it throughout".
