The Nigerian-born entrepreneur spoke on his contribution to the development of one of the world's most influential media companies. Okosi also talked about how he helped the company understand the power and value of the African market.

According to Okosi,

Recounting his experience, Okosi says “absolutely I think I was lucky to have the opportunity to go to the US, but clearly my journey has not been one of privilege per se, but one of a lot of hard work, a lot of great people that supported me, a lot of great people that enabled me to get into some positions, but also it's really about what you do, how hard you work, the people that gave me opportunities did not give them to me because of anything else, they saw that I would not disappoint them, they took a bet that I would not disappoint them, they knew I worked hard and also had the pedigree to do well”
