Your hashtag guide for every day of the week

They are sometimes too long, never make sense and ruin an awesome caption - but hashtags are an essential part of our collective social media experience.

Hashtags are one of the most recognisable tools for social media engagement.

Hashtags are the sh*t. Apart from being a tool to get into the midst of a conversation on the interweb, you can make them any how you want, however long pleases your soul.

If that isn't the coolest thing, then I don't know what is. Actually, maybe it isn't so cool. They are sometimes too long, never make sense and ruin an awesome caption.

But who freakin' cares, right?

Either way you swing (no pun intended), the truth of the matter is this: there is no better way to get in on a conversation/trend on social media than to use a hashtag synonymous with said trend.

Now, assuming everyone reading this has made the brilliant choice to move with the times, we all use social media - some better than others, albeit.

That means at some point you will want to jump in on an interesting conversation/trend and therefore need an injection of cleverly thought out hashtags to power through the never-ending sea of interesting stuff on the internet.

Because that's what social media is for, right? No? Okay. ( '.')

As such, because we love our readers and love to give them incredible insights into life on the internet, here is your own (but you really should share with three or more friends, at least) personal guide to hashtags - wait for it - every single day of the week. Enjoy:
