State government to construct 300 housing units
The Anambra State government is set to build 300 housing units.
Nigeriarealestatehub reports that the state has signed an agreement with Aldove Limited for the construction of these houses.
The project involves 100 units of four to five bedroom duplexes, another 100 of three bedroom flats on two floors and another one hundred on three floors.

This first phase, worth $30 million dollars, is to be completed within 18 months.
