Two months ago, Mr Ibrahimadvised parents not to allow their under-aged children drive.

He said that this plea was necessary in order to reduce the rate of accidents usually recorded during festive periods, adding that any under-aged child caught behind the wheel breaking traffic laws would be severely punished.
