“He is the best we have at the moment and his originality and bilingualism will definitely take Cameroon places” … Tito Valery (TV Personality, Cameroun)
Cameroonian Dapper Rapper, Jovi Makes History!
Jovi the “Bamenda Boy” as he’s formerly called brought the house down in the South West Region of Cameroon this weekend with what has been termed the “best ever” performance by a rapstar in Cameroon’s music history.
The Rap icon didn’t only please the English-speaking Cameroonians with his extremely talented lyrical brilliance but for the first time, left the numerous Francophones who showed up, dancing till dawn.
Jovi who was joined by his fellow Mumak Records colleagues, Magasco and Renise as well as Red Eye Entertainment lead man, Denzyl and the Fluri Boyz gave Cameroonians the best musical performance this year.
His hit tracks, “Don 4 Kwat” and “Pitie” from his just released album, “Humanity Is Vanishing” and well-played tracks from Denzle, Magasco, Wes Don, Steves’ill and Renise were all the crowd needed to give the debut 2012 Mega Show a Well-done Salute!
