Popular singer Yemi Alade lost her dear father Rtd Commisioner Mr. J.A. Alade on January 16, 2015.

The Johnny singer has no said much about about the passing away of her dad since it happened. However she revealed in an interview with Tribune on March 13, 2015 (her birthday) that he will be laid to rest on May 7th and 8th.
Yemi Alade is the last child of her Yoruba father and Igbo mother. She is currently on tour in Europe.
