According to the Daily Mail, a lifeguard who was on a patrol of the pool recorded the video, which showed the woman as she maltreated the little girl.
The toddler was heard screaming in protest of the harsh treatment meted out by the antagonist.
In the video, the woman was heard saying "I swear if you cry one more time, now shut the f*** up,"
