He reportedly needed an umbrella to protect himself from getting wet from an imaginary drizzling while in a hospital room.

Deise Pagani, who witnessed the strange behaviour commented that Perez had been at the act for over a month.

She said, "This drip problem started about two months ago. A month ago he asked for my husband's umbrella."

Pagani however thinks that the so-called leak is as a result of a faulty air conditioning.

Hospital staff have refused to attend to the several complaints of Perez who has contracted a flu due to the cold water that drips on her.
