Vlade Đurović has no doubt: Saša Obradović must utilize one player much more

Beyond Zvezda's win, another result also played in their favor. Zvezda shot 11-for-22 from three-point range; if they could replicate that against Real Madrid, with some adjustments, they could hope for a positive outcome. Zvezda built a 12-point lead only to then trail by five (a 17-point swing), which stronger teams will punish. ASVEL fought as much as they could. Butler's return is good for Zvezda; everyone contributed except for River, Carter, and even Dobrić. It wouldn't be good if he got injured. Everyone played their part, which isn't bad. Zvezda needs to play better against stronger teams, let alone Real Madrid, much better... The only thing to carry over from this game is the three-point shooting; defense, rebounding, and ball movement all need to improve.Vlade Đurović

I think it's more psychological with Butler. When he came in, he immediately hit a three, then when he saw he couldn't, he started driving. He scored baskets, shot free throws well, and then, once everything was settled, he started hitting threes again. All his threes are long-range; when he plays like that, it makes things much easier. Cody continues to play well, with assists, baskets, and drives. Izundu needs to play more; I don't know why he's not getting minutes... I believe his impact is much greater than the minutes he receives, and he significantly influences Zvezda's game. We finished the game with Ojeleye and Moneke, which I don't like, and I don't think that will ever yield results.
