Osimhen is not part of the Super Eagles currently in the United States of America (USA) preparing for the upcoming 2022 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifiers.

The Napoli man was not invited in the initial list for the international friendly games against the El Tri of Mexico and Ecuador.

It is expected that Osimhen will return for the upcoming AFCON qualifiers against Sierra Leone and Mauritius.
