Moses was an influential part of the Chelsea squad that won the Premier League titles, playing 34 league games and scoring three times as a right wing-back.

With this Premier League win, Moses becomes the third Nigerian player to win the title.

Nigerian great Kanu Nwankwo won the title twice with Arsenal in 2002 and 2004; current Super Eagles captain Mikel Obi also won it twice with Chelsea in 2010 and 2015.

Moses is aiming for the double this season as he is expected to be in action for Chelsea in the final of the FA Cup on Saturday, May 27.
