Mason, an Olympic silver medalist for Great Britain died after losing control of his motorcycle in April.
The Jamaican-born high jumper was a good friend with Bolt and the popular runner served as a pallbearer at the funeral.
Bolt was emotional during the funeral and was pictured holding back the tears behind his sunglasses in Kingston.
Other pallbearers at the funeral include former Bolton footballer Ricardo Gardner and Tranmere player Ian Goodison.
Bolt has been fully involved in the funeral of his friend, Mason. He has also been pictured helping to dig the grave where his late friend will be buried.
Mason was said to be returning from a party in a convoy which Bolt was reportedly part of when he died after losing control of his Honda CBR motorbike.
He won a silver medal for Great Britain at the 2008 Beijing Olympic.
