A recent data released to real estate investors in the UK, shows that re-mortgaging outperformed the overall housing market in April.
The report also shows that mortgage rates have plummeted to the lowest level in over four years and that households might capitalise on this period to refinance to a fixed mortgages.
According to John Bagshaw, corporate services director of Connells Survey and Valuation, “all indicators from first time buyers right through to remortgagers are up on compared to a year ago and he said this demonstrates the broad momentum in the property market…”
More data reports show that there was more property valuations conducted in April than last year. compared to March 2015.
This is a healthy sign for investors in real estate in the UK.
