Fury pulled off a big upset by dethroning Klitschko in Dusseldorf to clinch the WBA Super, WBO and IBF heavyoweight titles in November last year.

Veteran Ukrainian Klitschko exercised his right to a rematch, but the pair could not agree on a date and venue for the fight.

But Peter Fury, the champion's trainer and uncle, confirmed on Friday that his nephew - who was stripped of the IBF title in December - will have home advantage when he defends his title for the first time.

"9th July @Tyson_Fury vs Klitschko is coming to Manchester uk. Official announcement coming 12 noon." Peter Fury tweeted.
