The La Liga match between Levante and Athletic Bilbao, part of the 6th round, was officially postponed just minutes before kick-off due to torrential rain. The game was scheduled to be played at the Ciutat de València stadium, but severe weather conditions in the region forced officials to call off the encounter.

Heavy rainfall over Valencia began to flood the venue during both teams' official warm-up. The refereeing crew, led by Alejandro Quintero González, had to hold an urgent meeting in the tunnel as large puddles formed across the pitch. The deluge proved extensive, with water not only submerging the playing surface but also completely flooding the press area (journalists' benches) and several main access points to the stadium stands.

As the storm intensified and forecasts predicted further rainfall in the coming hours, fans began to leave their seats en masse in search of shelter. Immediately after, the referees announced the final decision to definitively postpone the match.

Currently, both clubs and the La Liga management are awaiting a new date to be scheduled for the rescheduled fixture.
