Watch mum beat her son for taking part in riot

A Baltimore mum Toya Graham has caught the attention of the world after a video surfaced yesterday, April 28, 2015 of her beating her son for taking part in the Baltimore riots.

The mum not concerned that cameras were on her, smacked her son, 16 year old Michael who was wearing a mask. She also reprimanded him for taking part in the riots.

"That's my only son and at the end of the day I don't want him to be a Freddie Gray" said Toya Graham when she was interviewed. "At that point, I just lost it. I was shocked, I was angry, because you never want to see your child out there doing that" she further said.

Toya said her son ran when he saw her because he knows that she is firm. "I'm a no-tolerant mother. Everybody that knows me, know I don't play that. ""He knew he was in trouble. He said when 'I seen you,' he said, 'ma, my instinct was to run.'"

A curfew has been announced in the city of Baltimore due to riots caused after 25 year old Freddie Gray died after sustaining multiple injuries to his spine while in police custody in early April.
