Moffi gets huge boost for Algeria friendly with Ligue 1 award
Super Eagles striker Terem Moffi will go into the Nigeria vs Algeria friendly full of confidence after landing a huge award in the French Ligue 1.
The FC Lorient attacker was selected in the Ligue 1 team of the month for September by popular website 90 minutes for his outstanding performances so far this season.
Moffi is currently amongst the 24 Super Eagles players currently camping in Oran ahead of Nigeria's friendly against the Desert Foxes of Algeria.

Moffi was named in the latest team of the month rankings alongside Paris Saint-Germain duo Neymar and Kylian Mbappe.

Moffi in pole position to start against Algeria
With Napoli superstar Victor Osimhen and Real Sociedad new signing Umar Sadiq both unavailable for the Algeria friendly, Moffi is expected to feature predominantly as the Super Eagles take on Algeria.
The 23-year-old is the most in-form Nigerian striker so far this season with Nottingham Forest's Taiwo Awoniyi having scored only two (2) league goals so far while Cyriel Dessers is yet to score his first goal for new club Cremonese.
