Super Eagles legend says 'young' Arsenal team will only finish in Top 4
Former Nigerian international Victor Ikpeba has tipped Arsenal to finish in the Top 4 during the ongoing 2022/23 English Premier League season.
Arsenal are currently top of the table, being the only side still with a 100% record, after bagging four wins in their four league matches so far.
The Mikel Arteta-led side came back from a goal down against Fulham on Sunday to grab a 2-1 victory to extend their excellent start to the season.
Ikpeba predicts Top 4 finish for Arsenal
While many early predictions are tipping the Gunners to be crowned Premier League champions at the end of the season, Ikpeba does not believe the same.

On SuperSport's Monday Night Football show as reported by allnigeriasoccer, the former Monaco forward stated the club's fans can spur their 'young' team to clinch at least a Top 4 spot.
Ikpeba said: "When (Eddie) Nketiah came off the bench there was a lot of running upfront by this Arsenal side. And the fans too. You can see the fans still pushing this young team to get an equaliser.
"The fans will play a big role in pushing this team at the Emirates to maybe end the season in the top four in the Premier League."
Lucky escape for Arsenal vs. Fulham
However, the one-time Borussia Dortmund star credited Arsenal for securing all three points against their fellow London opponents, stating that Fulham were tactically prepared for the Gunners showdown.
"They (Arsenal) could have dropped points against Fulham. Fulham were tactically prepared against this Arsenal side. They were confident in their play," Ikpeba explained.
"Even though Arsenal had more possession of the ball, Mitrovic was everywhere dangerous when he had the bank in the offensive part.
"Gabriel had to make up for the error earlier in the game (by scoring Arsenal's second goal). I'm happy for him."
Arsenal will hope to maintain their top-of-the-table spot with a fifth consecutive victory when they welcome Steven Gerrard's Aston Villa to the Emirates Stadium on Wednesday, August 31.
