'Arrow' actor to star in 'Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2'

Starling City's superhero, Stephen Amell, will be starring in the upcoming 2016 'Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2'.

According to Variety, Stephen has just joined the cast of Paramount Pictures and Platninum Dunes’ Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2 where he’ll be playing a different masked vigilante, Casey Jones.

To be produced by Michael Bay, Brad Fuller, and Andrew Form, the upcoming sequel would have Megan Fox reprising her role of April O’Neil and William Fichtner as Eric Sacks.

The first 'Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles ' grossed more than $485 million at the worldwide box office.

'Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2' is set for release on June 3, 2016.
