Trigger-happy policeman shoots cyclist dead over N50 bribe [Video]

This shocking video shows the aftermaths of what eyewitnesses describe as the wrongful killing of a motorcyclist in Ondo state who refused to pay N50 bribe to a policeman.

In the video, eyewitnesses can be seen and heard lamenting in the Yoruba language about how an errant officer of the law had abused his power to shoot a motorcyclist to death for refusing to bribe him during what appeared to be a traffic stop.

The dead man can be seen on the floor by the side of the road, not far away from a patrol truck of the Nigerian Police Force abandoned in the middle of the road that was later vandalised by angry protesters.

The policeman who is attached to the Anti-Crime Patrol Unit of the Ondo State Police Command fled the scene immediately after his heinous crime. He is yet to be identified.
