Couple gets rag after ordering for cheeseburger

Illinois resident <strong>Debbie Wirth</strong> and her husband <strong>Hans Wirth</strong> from Elk Grove Village, Illinois after ordering a McDouble cheeseburger got home and found a rag in their McDonald's bag instead.

“What the heck is this? It’s a rag, man?” said Hans Wirth describing his reaction. The pissed couple immediately called McDonald's for an apology. The manager told them to come into the joint and get another McDouble for free. Debbie and Hans said they don't want another McDouble but an apology.

The manager later did apologized several times. He also told the couple that "I took this matter seriously and we are currently looking into this claim.”

The Wirths still eat at McDonald's but not the one in Elk Grove.
