He wrote "Its official !, I'm glad to be here"
Several reports had linked the Nigerian defender to Bursaspor before the Turkish club confirmed it on their official Twitter account.
The Turkish side also posted a picture of Shehu going through the routine required medical at the club's facilities.
Shehu's impressive performances through the have made him an integral part of Super Eagles team.
He has played for Kano Pillars, Qadsia in Kuwait, União da Madeira in the second division of Portugal and then Anorthosis Famagusta before his move to Bursaspor.
Abdullahi will join compatriots William Troost-Ekong, Paschal Okoli and Mikel Agu at Bursaspor, who will get him settled into his new team.
