A strong push from Udinese on Tuesday could jeopardize Jovan Milosevic's transfer to SC Braga.

While it's true that the "Arsenalistas" (SC Braga) had reached a preliminary agreement with Stuttgart for the 21-year-old Serbian forward, and the player himself was keen on a move to the Minho warriors, Udinese's late entry has complicated matters. The deal is far from finalized, and the next few hours will be crucial.

This uncertainty arose from an €8 million offer. Udinese's proposed fee to Stuttgart for the Serbian international (who has two senior caps and 14 appearances across U-17, U-19, and U-21 levels) is precisely the same amount SC Braga was prepared to pay for 100% of the player's economic rights.

At this point, the ball is truly in Stuttgart's court. The German club must now finalize a deal with one of the contenders for Jovan Milosevic's signature. The forward's expressed desire to join Braga could prove decisive in concluding the transfer saga.

Another transfer that seemed settled but took an unexpected turn involves João Marques.

The 24-year-old Portuguese playmaker had all but secured a move to Volos, but the Greek club failed to reach an agreement with SC Braga. The former Portuguese U-21 international will now have to explore other options for his future.

After a loan spell at Gil Vicente in the second half of the 2024/2025 season (12 games, one assist) and a six-month stint at Casa Pia last season (15 appearances, one goal), João Marques is not in Carlos Vicens' plans and has been made available for transfer.
