San Antonio Silences Madison Square Garden in Game 3 of the Finals

The New York Knicks' hopes of clinching their first NBA title since 1973 were put on hold. In a packed Madison Square Garden, and with US President Donald Trump in attendance, Mike Brown's squad fell to the San Antonio Spurs 111-115 in Game 3 of the NBA Finals.

The Spurs, with their backs against the wall after dropping both home games, demonstrated they had no intention of giving up. The visitors delivered an excellent second-half performance, led by Victor Wembanyama's dominant 32 points. San Antonio's French star also added 8 rebounds and 6 assists. Stephon Castle contributed 23 points, while De'Aaron Fox chipped in with 12 points and 8 assists.
