According to Gianluca Di Marzio, the deal is structured as a loan with an obligatory purchase option, contingent on the Old Lady qualifying for European competitions. The total value of the deal is €38 million, with an additional €12 million in bonuses. Kolo Muani himself will sign a five-year contract, earning €5.5 million per season plus €1.5 million in bonuses.

This will mark the 27-year-old Frenchman's second stint at Juventus. In the spring of 2025, he played on loan, scoring ten goals and providing three assists in 22 matches. Last summer, the Bianconeri attempted to secure a new deal with PSG, but an agreement couldn't be reached. Instead, the Parisian club loaned Kolo Muani to Tottenham, where he made 41 appearances, netting five goals and assisting four. For the reigning European club champions, he has a total of 54 appearances, with 11 goals and seven assists.
