This time, it's the Emir of Kano, Sanusi, who has been spotted in a Rolls Royce.

The Emir was spotted in University of Benin yesterday, November 25th, where he was installed as the chancellor of the school.

This shows that our leaders certainly have nice taste in automobiles.
